CRS Coaching is a private, invitation-only practice management platform. Access is granted solely by the platform administrator. By accessing this platform you confirm that you have been explicitly invited and authorised to do so.
You agree to use the platform only for legitimate coaching-related activities within the scope of your assigned role (client, coach, or business owner). You must not share your credentials, attempt to access records belonging to other users, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
All information entered into this platform — including session notes, coaching plans, budget figures, and personal details — is confidential to CRS Coaching and the individual practice. Coaches hold responsibility for the privacy of client records. Business owners may only view data pertaining to their own enrolled employees.
Shared session notes are visible to both coach and client. Private coach notes are visible only to the coach. Pre-meeting notes submitted by clients are visible to the assigned coach. Email communications sent via the platform (booking confirmations, note summaries) are operational and not marketing.
This platform tracks coaching budget usage and invoicing for informational purposes only. No payment is collected through this platform. All invoicing and payment arrangements are handled externally by CRS Coaching administration.
CRS Coaching makes reasonable efforts to keep the platform available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform administrator reserves the right to suspend access for maintenance or security reasons.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
