1. What We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to operate the coaching practice: your name, email address, role, session notes, meeting records, coaching plan assignments, and for business accounts, budget and invoice data.

2. How We Use It

Your data is used exclusively to deliver coaching services — scheduling sessions, sharing notes, tracking progress, and managing business budgets. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

3. Who Can See Your Data

  • Clients — see their own session notes (shared), action items, plan resources, and upcoming meetings.
  • Coaches — see all data for their assigned clients, including private coach notes.
  • Business owners — see names, session counts, plan assignments, and budget usage for their enrolled employees. They do not see session notes.
  • Admin — has full access for platform management purposes only.

4. Data Storage

Data is stored securely in a cloud database. Access is protected by row-level security rules enforced at the database level. All connections use TLS encryption in transit.

5. Email

The platform sends transactional emails for booking confirmations, session note summaries, and reminders. These are operational communications, not marketing. You cannot opt out of transactional emails while maintaining an active account.

6. Your Rights

You may request a copy of your personal data or ask for it to be deleted by contacting the CRS Coaching administration team. Deletion requests will be fulfilled within a reasonable timeframe subject to any legal or contractual retention obligations.

7. Cookies & Local Storage

This platform uses browser local storage to remember preferences such as sidebar state and dark mode. No third-party tracking cookies are used.
